TO ADJUST THE RING VOLUME ON THE PHONE
1) While the phone is idle tap the volume up +or volume down - key to adjust ring volume

TO ADJUST THE SPEAKER VOLUME ON THE PHONE
1) Press the speaker button on the phone
2) Tap the volume up + or volume down - key to adjust speaker volume

TO ADJUST THE HANDSET VOLUME ON THE PHONE
1) Pick up the handset
2) Tap the volume up + or volume down - key to adjust handset volume
​
TO MAKE AN INTERNAL CALL
1) Pickup handset OR press the speaker key (for speakerphone)
2) Dial the extension number of your party
3) Press OK
​
TO MAKE AN OUTSIDE CALL
1) Either pick up the handset or press the speaker key (for speakerphone)
2) Dial your parties phone number
3) Press OK
​
TO USE SPEAKER PHONE WHILE ON A CALL
1) Press the speaker button
2) Place handset on its cradle and you will be on a speaker call
​
TO TRANSFER A CALL TO ANOTHER EXTENSION
1) Tell caller to hold
2) Press the ‘XFER’ key underneath the display (this will automatically put caller on hold)
3) Dial the extension number you want to transfer to then press ‘DIAL’
4) Announce your call then press ‘XFER’ underneath the display to transfer or just press
‘XFER’ without announcing your call.
5) To take back the call without transferring, Press ‘END’ underneath the display and the
blinking light at the top/left of the display

TO PARK A CALL FOR ANOTHER USER TO PICKUP USING PARK BUTTONS
1) Tell caller to hold
2) Press an unlit park position labeled SP1 or SP2
3) Hang-up
TO PICKUP A PARKED CALL FOR YOU
1) Press SP1 to pickup park position 1 or SP2 to pickup park position 2
2) You will instantly be connected to your call
TO CHECK CALLER ID HISTORY OR PERFORM A NUMBER REDIAL
1) Press the ‘Call Log’ button underneath the display
2) A call history will appear
3) Scroll through list by pressing the up or down arrows next to the OK button until the
number desired is highlighted
4) Press OK and the number will be dialed

TO CONFERENCE CALLING
1) dial the 1 st party by dialing number
2) Wait for them to answer
3) Press the ‘Conference’ button underneath the display (this will put the first party on hold)
4) Dial the 2 nd party (for an internal party, just dial their extension number)
5) Press the ‘conference on’ button below the display and you will be conferenced

TO SETUP YOUR VOICE MAIL INITIALLY (Personal Greeting, Self Identification Message, and
new PIN)
1) Press your voice mail key (it is the key that looks like an envelope)
2) Enter your default PIN from your welcome email and then press “#”.
3) Select option “9” then “8” and then “0” and proceed to record your personal greeting.
4) Press “#” to end recording and “0” to save
5) Press “5” to record Self Identification message which is only your first and last name
6) Press “0” to record and proceed to record only your first and last name
7) Press “#” to end recording and “0” to save
8) Press “#” to exit
9) Press “9” followed by “7” and proceed to input new PIN followed by “#”
10) Press “*” to save then hangup

TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR VOICE MAIL SETTINGS (PIN, greetings, etc.)
1) Press your voice mail key (it is the key that looks like an envelope)
2) Enter your PIN and then press “#”.
3) Select option “9”

TO CHECK VOICE MAIL MESSAGES WHEN YOU ARE IN THE OFFICE
1) Press your voice mail key (it is the key that looks like an envelope)
2) Enter your PIN and then press “#” then press *
​
TO CHECK YOUR VOICE MAIL MESSAGES FROM OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE WITH THE
AID OF THE RECEPTIONIST
1) Dial your main phone number
2) When the receptionist answers ask her to transfer you to 999
3) When prompted enter your extension number
4) Enter your PIN then #
5) Proceed to check messages or access your voice mail box for settings

TO CHECK YOUR VOICE MAIL MESSAGES FROM OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE WHEN
THERE IS NO RECEPTIONIST AND THE SYSTEM IS ON AUTO ATTENDANT
1) Dial your main phone number
2) When the auto attendant answers press 999
3) Enter your extension number
4) Enter your PIN then #
5) Proceed to check messages or access your voice mail box for settings

TO CHECK YOUR VOICE MAIL MESSAGES FROM ANOTHER PHONE
1) Press your voice mail key (it is the key that looks like an envelope)
2) Press “#”.
3) Enter your extension number
4) Enter your PIN then #

TO TRANSFER A CALLER DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE’S VOICE MAIL WITHOUT THE
PHONE RINGING
1) Press the ‘Xfer’ button underneath the display
2) Press *4
3) Dial the extension number of the destination
4) Press the ‘Xfer’button underneath the display
5) Hang-up
6) The caller will be automatically connected to that person’s voice mail box greeting
without ringing the phone

TO INVOKE FOLLOW ME SO CALLS GO TO YOUR CELL PHONE (Must be programmed in
system)
1) Press the button labeled ‘PR:Away’
2) To cancel press the button labeled ‘PR:Available’
​
TO PLACE YOUR PHONE ON DO NOT DISTURB
1) Press the DND underneath the display < All calls will be diverted to your voice mail>
2) To cancel press the DND button again
​
TO RECORD JUST YOUR SELF IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FOR THE DIRECTORY
1) Press your voice mail key (it is the key that looks like an envelope)
2) Enter your PIN then #
3) Enter “9”
4) Press “5” to record Self Identification message which is only your first and last name
5) Press “0” to record and proceed to record only your first and last name
6) Press “#” to end recording and “0” to save
7) Hangup
*** Tips for Voice mail ***
While listening to a message, press 4 to call back caller that left a message
Press 5 to forward voice mail to another recipient
Press 6 3 * to delete message
Press 0 to skip to the next message
Press 2 to listen to message from the beginning
Press 3 to skip the message and go onto the next one
PICKING UP AND TRANSFERRING A 2ND CALL THAT COMES IN
ï‚· Press the hold button to put the 1st caller on hold
ï‚· Pickup the 2nd call that is ringing and let the caller know you will transfer the call
ï‚· Press the ‘XFER’ key underneath the display (this will put the caller on hold)
ï‚· Dial the extension number to transfer to then announce your call to the transferee
ï‚· Press the ‘XFER’ key underneath the display to transfer the call
ï‚· Press the blinking red light to pickup your first call again or
ï‚· Press ‘END’ underneath the display then the blinking light at the top/left of the
display to take back the call without transferring
